To help in the removal of the Himalayan Balsam in the Monkmead Woods area, we have been asked to help Viv Doussyalong this stretch of the river Chilt. The area has boggy areas, brambles and nettles, so long trousers and long sleeve shirts, sturdy boots/wellies are to be recommended.
Meet at Acorn House, 1 Panners Drive, off the West Chiltington Road, RH20 2SN. A max of 5 cars can be parked in the owner’s driveway, so car sharing as much as possible please.
