We have a new area of Himalayan Balsam to work on in the East Wantley Farm area of Storrington (not West Wantley Farm). Some work has already been done but there is more HB in the woods, either side of the stream, just off the local footpath. The areas we will be working on have nettles and brambles, so we recommend long trousers and long sleeve shirts. This area is on a slight slope next to the side of the stream, so we also recommend sturdy shoes or wellies.
Parking is at the north end of Water Lane, next to the Tesla Factory (RH20 3EA), towards where the road disappears into the public footpath.
For those walking to the site, meeting at the junction of footpaths at East Wantley farm. (RH20 3EZ). We will be working along the footpath/stream in front of East Wantley Cottage, currently being refurbished.
